The Montpellier Chapter in Cheltenham will welcome guests to celebrate the American tradition of Thanksgiving.
A specially designed menu will call friends and family to come together and feast on traditional American dishes, enjoyed in one of the hotel’s private dining rooms.
Hotel Manager Racheal Bird said: “Thanksgiving is a staple to the American holiday season. Cheltenham and the surrounding areas have a large American community, many of whom will be missing the traditional celebrations from back home. Our menu invites guests to share their holiday fun and frolics with family and new friends made this side of the Atlantic. We’ll be rolling out the Star-Spangled Banner and welcoming our guests to enjoy an authentic menu, taking inspiration from the traditional fruits, spices and flavours of the season.”
The bespoke menu features Thanksgiving staples, alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes:
Roasted Spiced Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and Cornbread
Roasted Turkey Crown
Honey & Orange Baked Ham
Maple Roasted Sweet Potato
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Candied Bacon, Almonds and Mustard Vinaigrette
Broccoli and Leek Casserole
Macaroni and Cheese
Gran Marnier, Cranberry and Sausage Stuffing
Sour Cream and Chive Creamed Potato
Green Beans with Fried Onions
Traditional Butter Milk Biscuits
