HEAD OF REPRESENTATION

Are you an experienced travel marketing professional who is looking for a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting a top class individual to lead our new Representation Division. The successful individual will have extensive experience in marketing luxury travel brands and will have preferably worked for a travel representation agency in the past. They will have the knowledge and contacts to be able to deliver a comprehensive representation service to overseas hotels that are looking for UK based sales and marketing support which will help them sell to the British market.

The successful candidate will also need experience in managing and developing a results-driven team.

Experience required:

Experience of tour operator sales and marketing operations
Previous agency experience beneficial
Would suit strong travel marketing executive with decision making experience
At least 5 years travel sector experience.

This position will be based in our Cheltenham office.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We are currently recruiting a enthusiastic and experienced account director to join our rapidly expanding team. You will love travelling and have a passion for helping our clients shout about their fabulous products and destinations. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the travel and leisure sector in terms of the trade itself and within the media.

You will also have an incredibly strong work ethic and not be scared of hard yakka. You will be a self-starter who can lead a team and develop your accounts. You will also be comfortable in helping to drive new business and putting together pitches/tenders.

The ability to multi-task, manage client relations and secure hard hitting media coverage is essential. More importantly, we are looking for an individual who continually seeks to push the boundaries and deliver world-class results. Silver Ball PR loves employing former journalists so if you are considering a move to the 'dark side,' this position would suit you.

Experience Required:

At least 5 years experience of PR
Excellent writing skills
Previous experience of working in an agency environment

This position will be based in our Cheltenham office.
